Kaspersky, McAfee, and DuckDuckGo browser extensions can block IDX property photos.
If IDX property photos are not being displayed on your website, and you have one or more of these browser extensions enabled, uninstall or disable all browser extensions. Re-enable the extensions one-by-one to discover which extension is blocking images. See this link for Kaspersky removal instructions.
If you use the Microsoft Edge browser, the tracking prevention setting may block IDX photos. To solve this:
Click the three dots (top right)
Select the Settings option (gear icon)
Click Privacy, search, and services
In tracking prevention, choose Balanced instead of Strict.
Close all Edge browser tabs and re-open Edge.
If you have checked the above settings, and IDX property photos are not displayed on your website, contact AgentWebsite Support for assistance.
