In the Agent CRM you can apply a star to important leads.
Navigate to any lead in Control Panel > IDX.
Click the star icon next to the name in the lead record, or on the lead search page.
You can remove a star from a lead by just clicking on the star icon again, and it will change back from yellow to grey.
You can also filter leads by whether or not they have a star using the Filters on the lead search page.
