AgentWebsite Help | Matrix MLS: Activate Free IDX Property Search

For Matrix MLS users only:

Follow the instructions below to activate the free IDX property search on your webite.

If you need help with the steps below, contact your Realtor Association's MLS support line.

Log in to MLS / Matrix.
Click My Matrix at the top. (If there is no My Matrix option, click your name at the top right.)
Click Settings on the menu that is displayed.
Click Manage IDX Configuration (may be labeled IDX Configuration).
The IDX Configuration form will be displayed.
Select Create a new IDX page and enter "IDX Search Page" as the name of your search.
Under Form Selection, select Map Search,
On the Search Form menu, select IDX Search.
Under Map Area, select "Do not specify a map area". (Or, set a map area - this is not required.)
Under Activation, Select IDX Enabled.
Click Save at the bottom.
Copy the code snippet from the HTML field and email it to .

When we receive your email with the code snippet, we will activate the free IDX search on your website.
